Immediate Connect Ai App ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who We Are
Immediate Connect Ai App is a gamified educational application that helps users build crypto and blockchain literacy through short missions, multi-day learning sprints, AI-powered flash challenges, XP and streak tracking, badges and milestones, and an anonymous leaderboard.
The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, or employment advice. All content is strictly educational and conceptual. The App does not show prices, charts, trading signals, or specific coin views, and never recommends what to buy, sell, or hold. Rewards inside the App (XP, badges, streaks, levels) are purely cosmetic and have no monetary value.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide voluntarily
- Mission completion state, sprint progress, XP totals, streak counts, earned badges, and milestone timeline. These are stored locally on your device only, in the App's secure storage. They are not uploaded to any server.
- Topic selections and answers you provide while using the AI Flash Challenge. These are processed in real time to generate educational responses (see Section 6).
- If you submit an optional registration form inside the App, we collect: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
b. Information collected automatically
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (country code only) for regional content compliance.
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone.
- Push notification token (issued by Apple Push Notification Service or Firebase Cloud Messaging) used solely to deliver educational content notifications and optional learning-streak reminders.
- Anonymous usage data: screens viewed, missions started, missions completed, challenge attempts, session duration. Used to improve content quality and user experience.
c. Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect financial information, wallet addresses, private keys, or any trading data.
- We do not collect government-issued identifiers, biometric data, or health data.
- We do not collect precise GPS or Core Location data.
- We do not show your real name or any identifier on the leaderboard. The leaderboard is anonymous and uses pseudo-handles only.
- We do not sell, trade, or rent any of your personal information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver and personalize the educational missions, sprints, and suggested next steps inside the App.
- Send relevant push notifications about mission availability, streak reminders, and educational content (you can disable these in your device settings at any time).
- Process AI Flash Challenge sessions to generate educational multiple-choice questions and explanations.
- Process optional form submissions for follow-up educational resources.
- Improve App stability, performance, and content relevance through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse of the App.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent for push notifications, optional form submission, and analytics where required.
- Legitimate interest for App security, abuse prevention, and aggregated product improvement.
- Legal obligation where required by applicable law.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the App (cloud hosting, push-notification delivery, AI assistant provider, analytics) under contractual confidentiality.
- Authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the public.
- Business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case we will notify users in advance.
6. AI Flash Challenge
The AI Flash Challenge generates short multiple-choice educational questions on crypto and blockchain topics. Conversations are processed in real time by a third-party AI provider to generate questions and explanations. Do not enter sensitive personal data, financial information, account credentials, or confidential third-party data into the AI Flash Challenge. The system prompt restricts the AI to educational content and forbids financial advice, trading recommendations, and identification of specific tokens or projects to buy or sell. A disclaimer is shown within the feature.
7. Data Retention
- Mission progress, XP, streaks, badges, and milestone timeline are stored locally on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage.
- Push notification tokens and submitted form data are retained for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then deleted or anonymized.
- Aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely in non-identifiable form.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data during international transfer.
11. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, secure on-device storage, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we work to continuously improve our protections.
12. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following categories of third-party services for technical operation: Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Expo platform services, an IP geolocation provider, and an AI provider for the Flash Challenge. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
13. Anonymous Leaderboard
The App displays an anonymous learning leaderboard. The leaderboard uses pseudo-handles only and does not show your real name, email, or any identifier. Peer values are presented for motivational purposes only and are generated locally; no personal data leaves your device for the purpose of populating the leaderboard.
14. Links to Other Sites
The App may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of any third-party website you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
15. No Financial Advice
All content in the App, including AI-generated questions and explanations, is strictly educational. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or employment advice. XP, badges, streaks, and levels inside the App are cosmetic and have no monetary value. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy. This policy is effective for the period 2026 - 2030.
